Fees for Event Creators on OMS2 Powered by Commonly
At OMS2, powered by Commonly, we keep fees simple and transparent, so you know exactly what you’ll keep from each ticket sale. Here’s how fees are charged and how to calculate your earnings.
Platform Fee
For every successful ticket sold, a flat 8% platform fee is charged. This fee supports the platform’s ongoing development and helps us deliver the best possible experience for event creators and attendees.
Payment Processing Fees (Powered by Stripe)
We use Stripe to securely process payments. Stripe charges a standard 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for credit card payments. These fees are automatically deducted from each ticket sale.
Referral Fees (Optional)
If you choose to enable the Ticket Split Referral Program, you can offer users a set amount for each ticket sold through their referral link. This amount is deducted from the ticket price before calculating your total revenue. You control the referral commission rate.
Example Fee Breakdown
