This Sponsorship & Advertising Policy outlines how event sponsorship works, the responsibilities of event creators, and guidelines for sponsors looking to invest in live marketing.
1. Event Sponsorship Overview
- Event creators on OMS2 have the ability to attract sponsors to support their events. Sponsors can provide financial backing in exchange for branding, advertising, or promotional opportunities during the event. This feature helps creators fund their events while offering sponsors a valuable marketing platform to reach their target audience.
2. For Event Creators
- Sponsorship Packages: As an event creator, you can offer customizable sponsorship packages to businesses and brands. These packages may include opportunities such as logo placement on event materials, mentions in marketing campaigns, or on-site branding during the event.
- Attract Sponsors Easily: When setting up your event, you can add sponsorship opportunities directly through the platform, making it easy for potential sponsors to view and select available options.
- Fulfill Sponsorship Agreements: It is your responsibility to honor all commitments made to sponsors. This includes delivering any agreed-upon advertising space, branding exposure, or other promotional activities during your event.
